Print, scan-back, assemble, and hand-deliver. Pickup from you, drop-off at the title company, attorney, county office, clinic, or shipping counter — with confirmation once it's delivered.

Where I travel
Home base is Iowa Colony, 77583. I regularly cover the neighborhoods and towns just south of Houston, and I'll travel farther out across greater Houston for scheduled appointments. With my RON commission I can serve signers anywhere in Texas by video.
Outside 77583 a travel fee applies. I'll quote it before I head out, so there are no surprises at the table.

I verify ID, watch every signature, seal, and journal it. Need it delivered or scanned back? I'll handle that leg too and confirm when it's done.
