Texas sets the maximum notarial fee by law, so the notarization itself costs the same no matter who you call. What you're really hiring me for is the travel, the timing, and the follow-through — and I quote that up front, before I leave the house.
I travel to you anywhere in the south Houston area — house, apartment, office, hospital, rehab center, assisted living, jobsite, or a quiet table at a coffee shop. Single signature or a stack of them, one signer or a whole family.
The part most notaries hand back to you. I'll pick up, print, assemble, scan back, and hand-deliver — with a photo or receipt confirming the drop-off.
RON lets us do the whole thing by secure video — no travel, no parking, no waiting room. My Texas RON commission is in application, and Texas caps the RON fee at $25 per notarization.
I'm working toward Signing Agent certification and background screening so I can run complete packages for property managers, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies. Get on the waitlist and I'll reach out the week I'm cleared to take assignments.
Join the waitlistTexas law caps what a notary may charge for the notarial act itself. Travel, printing, waiting, and delivery are separate service fees — I'll always tell you the full total before we book.

Fees shown are the maximums Texas allows for notarial acts; my service fees for travel and document handling are separate and always disclosed in advance. No charge if I arrive and the notarization can't legally be completed — travel fee only.
Please don't sign ahead of time — I have to watch the signature happen.
